All data collected upon registration in Work From Home Academy will be processed in line with this Privacy Statement. In your personal Work From Home Academy membership area we store all your course information, so that you can access it whenever you wish.

All payment details are transmitted over a secure connection (Secure Socket Layer-SSL) across dedicated network infrastructure and stored in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). You will have the option to stay signed-in into your Work From Home Academy account by checking the “remember me” box. This option will only apply to the computer/device and the browser that you’re using when you select the box. If you do not wish to stay signed on a particular browser, simply sign out of your Work From Home Academy account on that browser. You may delete your Work From Home Academy account at any time. If You cancel a paid plan, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle.

Accounts are considered active accounts unless you explicitly request to delete your account. Upon deletion of your account (regardless of the reason), all licenses and access granted by Work From Home Academy will terminate. Should a Subscriber account be canceled or deleted, the Student may no longer have access to the content and the User account and subscribed content may be irrecoverable. Work From Home Academy shall not be liable to any party in any way for the inability to access Content arising from any cancellation or deletion, including any claims of interference with business or contractual relations.

We may invite you to post content on the Website Service, including your comments and any other information that you would like to be available on the Service, which may become public (“User Generated Content”). If you post User Generated Content, all of the information that you post will be available to authorized personnel of Work From Home Academy and may be made publicly available. You expressly acknowledge and agree that we may access in real-time, record and store archives of any User Generated Content on our servers to make use of them in connection with the Service. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP:
Your Work From Home Academy membership will continue until terminated. Unless you cancel your membership/subscription before your payment date, you authorize us to charge your membership fee to your Payment Method (see “Cancellation” below). Lifetime Membership will be charged one membership fee in accordance with your membership plan. To have a Work From Home Academy membership, you must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment, which you may update from time to time (“Payment Method”). In order to validate your payment method, we may or may not make a minor charge in the form of a nominal refundable amount and simultaneously refund that charge. This transaction does not result in any payment having been made to Work From Home Academy or eComQuest, LLC.

COURSE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE bonuses are periodic offers and/or special FREE Limited-Time Bonus upgrades or Discounted Limited-Time Bonus upgrades added to your course or course package purchases that replace your annual course access, thus extending your access throughout the lifetime of the course and course upgrade(s). Upgrade bonuses may be offered at the time of purchase or via Membership email offers.

WEBSITE USE BY CHILDREN:
Our Website and Services are offered and available to Subscribers who are 18 years or older, or if you are between 13 and 18 years old and have obtained the direct assistance of a parent or legal guardian to access the website, register an account, or use the Services. If you do not meet this eligibility requirement, you may not use our website or Services. If you are a minor over the age of 13, your parent or guardian must complete the registration process, in which case they will take full responsibility for all obligations under this Agreement. BILLING:
Billing Cycle: The membership subscription fee for our Service will be billed on a recurring basis in accordance with Your membership plan. You will be billed to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the activation of your paid membership. In some cases, the timing of Your billing may change, for example, if Your Payment Method has not successfully settled, or if You purchased Your membership began on a day not contained in a given month.

Payment Methods: If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and You do not change your Payment Method or cancel Your account, We may suspend your access to the service until We have obtained a valid Payment Method. You authorize Work From Home Academy / eComQuest, LLC to continue billing the Payment Method, as it may be updated and You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. This may result in a change to Your payment billing dates. For certain Payment Methods, the issuer of Your Payment Method may charge you a foreign transaction fee or other charges. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

Cancellation: You can cancel Your Work From Home Academy / eComQuest, LLC membership Subscription at any time. If you want to enquire about a payment made on your account, please contact us at: billing@workfromhomeacademy.com.

Refunds: We know you may choose a course that's not right for you. This is why our refund policy* offers you a 24-hour money-back guarantee or any individual course, iSkills course, BizBundle course package, or any other Work From Home Academy / eComQuest, LLC membership course or course package. Upon purchase, please review your purchase to make sure it's to your liking. If within 24-hours of your product purchase you decide that your course is not a good fit for you or appears to be not what you expected, we will grant you a full refund - no questions asked.

We reserve the right to refuse future purchases to anyone we believe is abusing our refund policy.

Digital downloadable products are not refundable. Digital Downloadable products are products such as but not limited to PDFs and eBooks that can be downloaded to your personal computer.

Account Reactivation: When you cancel your Membership subscription, you do not have an option to reactivate your Membership. You must re-subscribe and create a new Membership account. If you cancel a Service you do not have an option to reactivate that Service. You must re-subscribe to that Service.

Changes to the Price and Service Plans: We reserve the right to and may change our course offers and packages and the price of our Services from time to time. Work From Home Academy or eComQuest, LLC will communicate any price changes on the Website(s) or through email communication. Membership Subscription billing prices will remain the same as the price at activation. Subscription Members who purchase a new Service in addition to already activated Membership Services will pay the price of the new Service at the time of activation of that added new Service.

Digital Downloadable Products: Digital downloadable products are not refundable. Digital Downloadable products are products, such as but not limited to, PDF's and eBooks that can be downloaded to your personal computer.

PASSWORDS & ACCOUNT ACCESS:
The User who created the Work From Home Academy / eComQuest, LLC account and whose Payment Method is charged (the “Account Owner”) has access and control over the Membership account. To maintain control over the account and to prevent anyone from accessing the account, the Account Owner should not reveal the password nor the Payment Method details (e.g., last four digits of their credit or debit card, or their email address if they use PayPal) associated with the account to anyone. You are responsible for updating and maintaining the accuracy of the information you provide to us relating to your account.

It should be noted that any communication requesting that you submit credit card or other account information could result in identity theft. Providing your information in response to these types of communications can result in financial loss.
